Just outstanding in every way…you could see these musicians play live regularly; how lucky we were to experience that at the time…the fan base wasn’t large by today’s standards but we were a committed group of ‘lifers’ and over 50 years later still listening…lots of gigs, lots of memories…lots of stories. I think Jazz In Britain will become an essential repository.
